Client Services Representative

Salary: 50,000

Distributor in the Mississauga area is looking for a Client Services Representative for a great permanent opportunity.  This is a great role for those who have 5+ years of customer service experience within the distribution industry.  Our client offers great learning opportunities and more.  If you’re interested, see below

 

What is offered:

• Full time, permanent opportunity
• Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm
• 100% onsite

• 50,000k+ (Depending on Experience)
• Two bonus’ through the year – Christmas and mid-year, performance based

What is the role:

• Processing of customer orders into ERP system
• Providing customers with quotes
• Track and trace of customer order and providing updates
• Scheduling inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and customers
• Supporting customers with updates on their orders
• Processing inventory updates
• Create shipment documents
• Other duties as needed and assigned

Qualifications:

• Exceptional communication skills, written and spoken
• 5+ years of customer service experience is a must
• Previous manufacturing or distribution industry experience is preferred
• Strong MS Office skills
• Must be able to work onsite 100% of the time
• Enjoys working in a casual environment
