Salary: $18-$20/hr.

We are currently looking for an EXPERIENCED Maintenance Technician for a full-time job opportunity for an Apartment Complex in the Baton Rouge area!

HVAC Certification / All Proper HVAC Tools REQUIRED

$18-20+/hr. *Depending on Experience*

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures.
• Indoor/Outdoor general maintenance management of all buildings, grounds, sidewalks, and related maintenance equipment.
• Coordinate, install, inspect, repair, and maintain general electrical, carpentry, & plumbing issues as well as a proficiency in the use of necessary hand, power, and specialty tools.
• Proven function and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by managing/monitoring general maintenance projects i.e., electric, plumbing, HVAC, landscape.
• Minor painting & touch-ups.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS  

• Ability to prioritize tasks and follow instructions
• General working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
• Ability to safely and proficiently operate hand, power, and specialty tools
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs if needed
• At least one year of general maintenance experience
• MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS
