Responsibilities:

• Supply materials to machines for operation manually or using specialized equipment
• Start and stop machines, observe operations, and detect malfunctions
• Make minor adjustments or repairs to machinery
• Inspect and measure filters to ensure compliance with specifications
• Manage work-in-process inventories and replenish materials
• Monitor production and quality, recording information manually or on a computer
• Identify and communicate non-conforming products or process issues
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and housekeeping practices
• Assist in preventive maintenance tasks and completion of work orders
• Follow documented procedures and instructions from supervisors
• Maintain punctuality and attendance for scheduled shifts
• Report accidents, unsafe conditions, or acts to supervisors promptly
• Complete daily record-keeping tasks
• Be available for overtime and weekend shifts as needed

Qualifications:

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and effectively communicate
• Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations
• Reasoning ability to carry out detailed instructions and solve simple problems
• Basic computer operation skills; willingness to learn manufacturing software
• Physical stamina to work 8-12 hour shifts and lift up to 50 pounds
• Prior experience in manufacturing or related field is beneficial
