Salary: $45K/yr.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with Department Managers
• Communicating with technicians
• Communicating with property managers and maintenance
• Answering phones
• Assign jobs to technicians
• Microsoft office
• Email
• Teams
• Service Trade (This would be a huge benefit if experienced with this)
• Contacting City to make reports and file for permits
• Read Daily reports of signals and contact properties for service calls

 

Qualifications:

• Local to Rockwall (within 30 minutes)
• Bilingual/Spanish
• Fast-paced
• Organized/Detail oriented
• Good Phone etiquette
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility to extended hours
• Self starter
• Experience with service trade is a plus!

 

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM to 5PM + necessary overtime

Pay: $45K/YR. + (DOE
