Extruder Operator - $20

A client of ours in Vancouver is looking for an Extruder Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, able to lift heavy and able to read a tape measure.

 

This is an evaluation to full-time hire position

Duties:

• Setup the equipment with the proper extrusion die, based on the instructions on the order
• Feed raw rubber into the machine
• Monitor stock coming out of the machine for quality
• Stack or roll extruded material onto appropriate pallets for spools
• Manage orders based on delivery dates/times
• Inventory extruded stock to avoid running out of material

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: 

• Lift up to 50lbs
• Read a tape measure 
• Sit-down forklift is a plus
• Set up and run equipment/machines 
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm
