We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical / Mechanical Assembler!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following and does not prescribe or restrict additional tasks that may be assigned:

Read and compare travel ticket to product to be assembled

Stamp ticket or box in specified area

Check for correct length of leads

Crimp barrel to insulation as close as possible (RL product)

Cut wire at correct length to be terminated (SHT/SFT product)

Place hot melt in deeper half of case in areas stated (RL product)

Tape RL product as specified

Place Current Transformer (CT) in high half of case (SHT/SFT product) then hot melt to ensure that CT is seated flat into the case

Glue each pin of SHT/SFT case, cover and close CT properly

Check CT for exposed wires

Place hardware on SHT/SFT finish product

Measure and strip RL leads

Compare labels to box description then apply labels

Place required wire size and quantity of turns on cores as per specification

Ensure that any changes from the specification are properly documented

Verifies shipments

Install cores into coils

Install transformers into cases for resin pouring process

Clean and label each core

Strap coils to plates

Prepare components for shipping

Weld terminals onto coils

Run and maintain machinery in area

Maintain work space

Mon - Fri with Saturday as needed for production.

7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. O.T. as needed.
