Job Highlights:

• Answer phones
• Schedule jobs
• Accounts Payable/Invoicing 
• Heavy email communication with clients 
• Scanning and filing hard copy documents 

What we look for:

• High attention to detail
• Construction background 
• 3+ years'' Accounting AND Administrative experience
• Must be familiar working in QuickBooks 
• 6 months'' Bookkeeping experience preferred
