First Shift: - 6 am - 4 pm

The Maintenance Technician handles the maintenance and repair of the CNC and other production machinery.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains and follows comprehensive machine schedules including:
  • Oil and fluid levels
  • Concentration levels
  • Filter changes
  • Machine or process calibrations
• The ability to train, diagnose, and repair production equipment, including our state-of-the-art CNC grinding machines.
• Assist in creating/ maintaining schedules for all equipment
• Communicates with management and machinery vendors as required.
• Assist with company maintenance projects
• Other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience Needed

• High School Degree or GED.
• 2+ years in a CNC manufacturing environment preferred.
• Demonstrated ability and knowledge of troubleshooting and repair of:
• CNC machines and controllers
• Pneumatic and hydraulic equipment
• HVAC systems
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and handle numerous tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
