Job Description:

We are currently seeking skilled and experienced individuals for the role of Painter. Industrial painting experience is required for this position. Sandblasting experience is preferred as well. This position involves the application of industrial painting techniques and sandblasting for a variety of surfaces.

 

Responsibilities:

Surface Preparation: Conduct sandblasting activities to prepare surfaces for painting, ensuring proper adhesion of coatings.

Paint Application: Apply industrial coatings using various painting techniques, including spraying, rolling, and brushing.

Quality Control: Inspect surfaces before and after painting to ensure high-quality finishes and compliance with specifications.

Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain sandblasting and painting equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working with paints, coatings, and sandblasting equipment. Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately.

Surface Repair: Perform minor repairs to surfaces, including filling gaps, smoothing surfaces, and addressing imperfections.

 

Work Schedule: Adhere to work schedules and deadlines to meet project requirements.

Requirements:

 

Industrial Painting Experience: Previous experience in industrial painting is required.

Sandblasting Skills: Proficient in sandblasting techniques and equipment operation.

Detail-Oriented: Ability to pay close attention to detail to achieve a high standard of quality in painting finishes.

 

Safety Conscious: Prioritize safety in all tasks, understanding the potential hazards associated with painting and sandblasting.

 

Team Player: Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure project success.

Physical Fitness: Capable of performing tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and working at heights.
