Position Overview: As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers to our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide information to callers and assist with inquiries or redirect them as necessary
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
  • Schedule appointments and conference room reservations as needed
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in office administration is a plus
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional demeanor with a friendly and welcoming attitude
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
