Salary: $18-21/hr

Express Employment Professionals is working with a client in the city of Rochester in need of an Office Admin to support internal staff with a variety of tasks.

 

Duties & Tasks:

  • Answer calls & return general inquiries 
  • Data entry of client info
  • Scanning, mailing, and filing of paperwork
  • Assisting with special projects as needed
  • Filing paperwork with state & local agencies 

Skills & Experience:

  • Min. 2 years in an office admin role
  • MUST have strong customer service skills
  • Working knowledge of Bookkeeping principals 
  • Excellent communication skills; written & verbal
  • Ability to multi-task

Work schedule is Monday - Thursday 8a - 4p (32 hours per week) 

pay starting at $18/hr based on experience
