Express Employment is looking for a Recruiter/Inside Sales in Iowa City, Iowa!

 

The Recruiter/Inside Sales primary emphasis is on filling job orders and. Recruiter/Inside Sales are expected to build and maintain a strong core of associates with a variety of job skills and be in a position to fill job orders quickly and efficiently on a daily basis. Strong phone and interpersonal skills are essential.

 

Responsibilities

• Fill 100% of all qualified job orders with urgency
• Recruit, interview, and retain a qualified pool of associates
• Generate and expand business with existing and new accounts
• Increase office and team effectiveness through daily communication
• Provide administrative supervision of Express associates
• Conduct business in accordance with Express Guidelines and applicable Federal/State Legal Guidelines
• Commit to meeting regularly with Team Leader and/or Franchisee for continued development
• Perform other related duties as necessary and assigned 

 

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Office/administrative experience desired
• English/Spanish bilingual preferred but not required
• Must be able to work effectively under stress
• Consistently demonstrates high performance and goal achievement
• Business acumen and ability to see the “big picture”
• Commitment to integrity, authenticity, and giving/receiving feedback in a healthy and effective manner

Hours

• Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm, this is on ONSITE job opportunity

 

Pay

• $17.00-19.00/hour, plus commission and bonuses
