Hiring a Service Writer for the Parts Counter at a Marine Store in the Lafayette area.
 
We are seeking an individual with specialized Parts Counter expertise in a related industry such as the automotive, lawn mower, or RV industry. The preferred candidate will possess a background in writing service tickets. The ideal applicant should demonstrate proficiency in mechanical and technical terminology, coupled with familiarity with marine industry products. Strong customer service skills and utilizing computer systems are essential. In the role of Service Writer, your duties will encompass aiding the general manager in evaluating repair tasks and overseeing their completion. Furthermore, you will offer guidance to staff members and generate regular reports.
 
Hours are Monday to Friday ; 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Pay is $15 - $17 per hour.
