Direct hire position - We are looking for an experienced facility manager to join our team and oversee the maintenance and operation of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement facility maintenance programs to ensure the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the facilities
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair projects, including building renovations, equipment installations, and routine upkeep
- Manage budgets and expenditures related to facility maintenance, including negotiating contracts with vendors and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards
- Supervise a team of maintenance technicians and custodial staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Respond to maintenance emergencies and address facility-related issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Develop and implement sustainability initiatives to reduce energy consumption and waste

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management or a similar role
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards
- Experience with budget management and cost control
