We are seeking a bilingual medical assistant to join our healthcare team. This is a direct hire position. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and [second language] and have experience working in a medical setting.
Responsibilities:- Assisting healthcare providers with patient exams and procedures- Taking patient vitals and documenting medical histories- Administering injections and medications as directed by the provider- Collecting and processing lab specimens- Assisting with patient education and scheduling appointments- Communicating with patients and their families in both English and [second language]- Maintaining electronic medical records accurately and confidentially- Following all safety and infection control protocols
