Position Overview: Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on Construction and facilities equipment.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

• Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on construction equipment and vehicles, including but not limited to concrete mixers, pumps, trucks, and excavators.
• Diagnosis and Repair: Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs to minimize downtime and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
• Preventive Maintenance: Implement preventive maintenance schedules to identify and address potential issues before they result in equipment failure.
• Parts Management: Maintain inventory of spare parts and components necessary for equipment repairs, and coordinate with suppliers to procure replacement parts as needed.
• Documentation: Keep detailed records of maintenance and repair activities, including work orders, parts used, and maintenance schedules.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, conducting regular inspections of equipment to identify and address potential safety hazards.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with construction crews and project managers to prioritize equipment maintenance needs and minimize disruption to project timelines.

Pay is $28.00 - $35.00 hour DOE
