Express Employment Professionals is looking for a Quality Control Manager on 1^st Shift in Cleveland ASAP!

Quality Control Manager: $25+ per hour

Job Description: 

• Maintaining Quality Standards by approving Incoming materials, in-process production
• Interact with customers and outside suppliers.
• Processing of Customer Returns-Issue RMA/Disposition of RMA
• Supervision of quality team members
• Visual floor inspection of product to ensure conformance prints.
• Documentation of daily production scrap
• Recommend the reprocessing of low-quality products.
• Maintain IS) Standards-Update records as needed.
• Host Staff meetings to review returns, and goals.
• Upkeep of gauges and calibration using Gagetrack
• Use Micrometers, Calipers, Vaneer height gauges, Dial Indicator gauges, Plug gauges.
• Create PPAP layouts and other customer required Quality Documents

Experience Required:

• Five-year Experience in Quality Control
• Must be able to Read Prints and Specs
• Ability to run a CMM Machine.
