Our dynamic and innovative team is in search of a skilled Estimator specialized in interior architectural sign and related projects. This critical role involves precise estimation of costs for interior signage projects, ensuring that all aspects of material selection, fabrication methods, and installation processes meet the highest quality and compliance standards.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Interpret detailed client drawings, collaborating with project managers and customers on RFQs and bid packages.
• Provide accurate costing information to sales and project management regarding materials, fabrication, finishes, and mounting methods.
• Provide support to guide the creation of in-house production drawings.
• Coordinate with vendors for outsourced components.
• Assess production engineering and timelines to ensure project feasibility.
• Oversee costing schedules, conceptualize production routes, and material strategies.
• Contribute to refining our costing processes.

Skills and Experience Required:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in estimation or a comparable role, ideally within the manufacturing or construction sector.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in interpreting ‘design intent’ and technical drawings, with the ability to visualize process steps and materials required to manufacture the designs.
• Excellent mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Efficient project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
