An agriculture company in Fort Worth is hiring an Office Administrator. 

 

Pay: $20-24/hr, depending on experience

Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:00AM to 4:30PM

 

Job Summary: This position is the primary administrative support staff within the office and typically serves as a backup to Customer Service staff.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support in assigned areas. This may include coding invoices for payment, accounts payable, bank deposits, inventory accuracy, pricing of products or similar tasks required at the location.
  • Order supplies for the office and other areas of the facility as needed.
  • Coordinate mail deliveries and incoming/ outgoing shipments as needed.
  • Arrange meetings as requested, including travel and hotel arrangements, drafting agendas and presentation materials as needed.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers and dealers.
  • Serve as the backup for the Customer Service Representative, assisting customers with orders, status updates and delivery information.
  • Provide general office support as needed.
  • May assist Plant Manager in the areas of quality assurance, inventory, safety, Time Force or similar systems that require updating.

Qualified candidates will possess excellent customer service, phone and communication skills, and strong computer skills (Excel, Word). A high school diploma or equivalent is required along with a minimum of 1 year experience working in an office setting. Previous experience in an Ag related industry is beneficial but not required.
