We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lawyer to join our team. As a Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients, as well as handling various legal matters. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging legal environment.Responsibilities:- Conduct legal research and analysis to provide accurate and timely advice to clients- Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs- Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations- Collaborate with colleagues on complex cases and legal projects- Provide guidance and support to junior lawyers and legal assistants- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact clients' interests- Maintain client confidentiality and uphold ethical standardsQualifications:- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school- Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction- Proven experience in legal drafting, research, writing, and litigation- Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures- Proficiency in conducting legal research using Westlaw or Lexis-Nexis- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases simultaneously- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking-Personal Injury and No Fault Experience Required!
