Location: Lenexa, KS

 

Pay: $880-$990/week based on $22.00-$24.76/hour and 40 hours worked

Shift: 7pm-7am, rotating nights and weekends!

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Mounter to join our team at a plastic bag manufacturing company in Lenexa, KS. As a Mounter, you will play a crucial role in preparing plates and sleeves for mounting, ensuring accurate specifications, and maintaining quality standards throughout the production process.

 

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret specifications provided on job envelopes
• Clean and prepare plates and sleeves for mounting
• Mount backing (sticky back) and sleeves according to instructions
• Wrap and label finished products
• Load finished products onto carts for transportation to the press or storage
• Inspect cylinders and gears for defects
• Report any defects to the Shift Supervisor
• Demount cylinders as necessary

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Fluent reading of a tape measure
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Strong organizational and time management skills
