Express Employment is seeking an experienced Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong welding skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Essential Job Functions:

• Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding duties in various positions (flat, horizontal, overhead, vertical)
• Examine materials and work pieces for defects, ensuring conformance with specifications
• Position, align, fit, and weld parts following blueprints and layouts
• Operate press brake, plasma table, roll and lathe
• Maintain production and quality standards, reporting any issues
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and maintain logbooks
• Follow safety processes and procedures, attend trainings
• Ensure efficient task completion, meeting customer expectations
• Maintain material traceability and quality standards

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3-5 years of fabricating experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficient in reading engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of metal fabrication techniques
• Ability to use measuring devices accurately
• Attention to detail and precision in measuring, cutting, and assembling
• Compliance with safety processes and procedures
• Ability to stand and work for long periods (8-12 hours)
• Good attendance and positive attitude
• Willingness to work overtime and different shifts

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 7am -5pm, Friday 7am -12pm

Pay: $20 - $22
