Job Summary:

Busy Texarkana company is seeking a full-time customer service representative. This person will work with the business office team to assist customers with their needs which include:

 

• Answering phones to determine what is needed to help the customer
• Forward calls to the appropriate party
• Take credit card payments.
• Assisting walk-ins and receiving and posting payments (cash, check, or credit card) to customer accounts.
• Take payments through the drive-thru payment window
• Look up account balances
• Explain current services on the customer account
• Quote additional services
• Take service orders such as new service, upgrading, or changing account type.
