Express Employment Professionals has been asked by one of our clients to hire an overnight floor technician supervisor for a local medical facility. This is a temporary position with expected duration of 2 months.
Position Requirements:
- Responsible for the floor care of all resilient flooring and carpet throughout the hospital.
- Operational knowledge of floor cleaning machines including but not limited to vacuums, burnishers, mops, wet vacs and chemicals associated with their use.
- Maintain a daily, weekly and monthly floor maintenance schedule.
- Provide for technical training of all floor techs in the department.
- Responsible for proper handling of all chemicals as well as following proper infection control policies and proper PPE use.
Must have 2 years of experience for the care and maintenance of resilient floors.
