Our client is a leading build-to-print job shop specializing in the production of electrical wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and electro-mechanical test sets. With certifications in AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015, we serve clients across the automotive, aerospace, and military sectors, maintaining the highest standards of quality and precision in our products.

 

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Assembly Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for electrical engineering and a keen eye for detail. As an Electrical Assembly Technician, you will play a crucial role in assembling and testing electrical components, ensuring the quality and reliability of their products.

Pay: $25/hr. to $30/hr.

Schedule: Monday – Thursday w/some Fridays

 

Responsibilities/Qualifications: 

-          Perform assembly of electrical components and systems according to engineering drawings and specifications.

-          Conduct testing and troubleshooting of electrical assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards.

-          Collaborate with engineers and other team members to identify and resolve technical issues.

-          Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.

-          Assist in the development of assembly procedures and documentation.

-          Provide support for prototype builds and production runs as needed.

-          Continuously strive for process improvement and efficiency in assembly operations.

-          High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in electrical engineering or related field preferred.

-          Proven experience in electrical assembly, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.

-          Strong understanding of electrical circuits, components, and systems.

-          Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and schematics.

-          Hands-on experience with electrical assembly tools and equipment.

-          Excellent attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

-          Familiarity with safety protocols and practices in electrical assembly.
