SERVICE TECHNICIAN 

Payrate: $20hr-$23hr

Schedule: Mon-Fri

Job Summary:

Service Technician (Tech) will work both at our shop facility and at customer’s locations as needed. Tech will be responsible for working on, diagnosing, transporting, installing, etc. various types of equipment including motors, pumps, piston and rotary compressors, and various controls and electrical components. Tech will work in a team environment which consists of other techs, office staff, and customers and vendors on occasion.

Responsibilities:

· Complete service calls as outlined by service manager

o Service calls include performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, valve repair, belt replacement, oil change, replacement of electrical components, advising customers of applicable laws and best practices, cleaning up job site when done.

· Maintain inventory of most common parts/tools on company issued truck

· Provide timely and accurate work orders from service calls and equipment repairs

· Maintain clean uniform and professional appearance

· Facilitate shop activities by loading/unloading trucks, running for parts, answering phone when needed

· Properly read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams

· Other duties as assigned
