Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness for a commercial cleaning business. Hours: Saturday and Sunday, weekends only, 10a-6p

Pay: $16/hr

Duties:

- Perform general housekeeping tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces

- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas

- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly

- Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products

- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines

- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations

Experience:

- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred

- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment

- Familiarity with hospitality or industrial cleaning standards is a plus

- Ability to handle basic floor care tasks (e.g., mopping, waxing)

- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes

- Strong attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
