Warehouse Associate - Forklift
Full Time - 1st Shift
$16.00 Per Hour

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented forklift driver to join our food distribution center. This key role is responsible for accurate inventory management, order packing/fulfillment, receiving, and supporting daily warehouse operations.

Warehouse Associate Duties:
- Perform precise counting, labeling, and documentation of all products
- Coordinate inventory: product movements, storage changes, inbound/outbound
- Pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Unload and receive incoming product deliveries
- Repack and label food products for distribution
- Operate warehouse equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks
- Assist with stocking, cleaning, and general maintenance
- Lead and direct volunteer labor for packing projects

Requirements:
- Prior warehouse experience: shipping/receiving, inventory, forklifts
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and be on feet all day
- Strong math and organizational abilities
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and hardworking
- Works well independently and as part of a team
