We are currently searching for 3 Client Support Specialists to support Hawaii''s best furniture retailer. The ideal candidate would be able to provide a client with excellent customer service, provide a great experience, and be able to keep them coming back for more!

 

Client Support Specialist Responsibilities:  

  • Provide support and service to clients, (answering questions and having product knowledge) 
  • Would be responsible for adding the wow factor in every client interaction to ensure a fantastic client experience 
  • Assist with creating and maintaining customer journeys through product activation and audits of the company website
