Job Title: Full Charge Bookkeeper

Location: Tri-Cities

Description: We are actively recruiting  for Full-Charge Bookkeepers for local clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • All Accounts Payable and Receivable,
  • Processing Payroll and Certified Payroll Reporting,
  • Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Tax Filings,
  • Reconciling Account Statements,
  • Processing Licenses and Certification Renewals,
  • Maintaining Accurate Records
  • Year-end closeout duties and other Financial Reporting

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Accounting degree or relevant certification
  • 1+ years experience with Sage 100 Contractor
  • 3 years experience with Prevailing Wage or Public Works

Requirements:

  • Pre-employment screening: background check and credit check
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Accounting Software,
  • Knowledgeable with standard accounting practices and office procedures,
  • Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft 365 Suites
  • 5 years experience with QuickBooks
  • 5 Years Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivables, and using a general ledger
  • 2 years of experience with Adobe

Pay: $25-$30 / hour

Schedule:  M-F, 8am-5pm
