Express Employment in Laguna Hills is looking for a Program Manager candidate for a great company in San Clemente for a long-term opportunity.

Salary: $34-38/Hr. DOE.

Schedule: 08:00am – 05:00pm; M-F

Duties:

·         Accomplishes strategic objectives by overseeing multiple project activities

·         Interfaces with customers on job requirements, RFQ’s

·         Prepares quotations in response to RFQ’s

·         Accepts PO’s and schedules jobs

·         Perform duties of Buyer/Planner

·         Provides input for production schedule

·         Interface with the customer and have the ability to understand their requirements in order to meet their needs and deadlines

·         Works with engineering on job specific requirements and customer product needs

·         Ships & invoices products

·         Other various tasks as needed to support customer requirements and demands

Requirements:

·         High School diploma or equivalent

·         Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in similar role as a program manager for a contract manufacturing company

·         Must have electronic component purchasing experience

·         Must be well organized, have exceptional follow-through

·         Must have excellent communication skills and be able to interface effectively with customers

·         This is a fast-paced position. Must be able to multi-task.

·         Must be a U.S. Person per EAR Part 772 and ITAR 120.15
