Growing privately owned company seeks to hire an Office Assistant to work closely with the office and field teams, as well as owners. Job functions may include but are not limited to answering phones, responding to emails, filing, auditing incoming invoices, QuickBooks entry, paying vendors, mail processing, scheduling work orders, etc.

Skills:
•    Proficient with Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) and have a strong understanding of computer functions.
•    Intermediate use of QuickBooks Pro Desktop 2018 is required.
•    Consistent attention to detail.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to compose and write effective emails/letters, as well as speak to customers and vendors.
•    Ability to work independently, but also collaboratively with other team members to produce positive end result.
•    Ability to adjust work tasks in order to accommodate for daily situations and to meet fluctuating deadlines.
•    Use critical thinking to research and resolve problems and issues.
•    Excellent knowledge of business office and accounting processes, equipment, and computer programs.
•    Positive and flexible attitude.
•    Willingness to learn and take ownership.
•    Ability to be organized in a multifaceted role.
•    Spanish speaking a plus.
Experience:
•    QuickBooks
