Seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Support Coordinator to join our team. As a Customer Service Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing day to day support to the National Sales Manager and Customer Service Team.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with National Sales Manager in the development of sales presentations using Microsoft Power Point
Extract and analyze data using Crystal Reports, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft Excel
Process customer orders and sample requests
Maintain Customer lead program
Provide administrative support to Sales and Customer Service Teams
Assist with customer service duties as needed
Other duties may be required as assigned
Qualifications:

High School Diploma
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving, multitasking, and ability to prioritize
Ability to work independently and interact with all levels of management
Desire to work collaboratively with colleagues
Proficient in data extraction and analysis using Crystal Reports, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft Excel
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Three plus years experience in Administrative or Coordinator role for Sales and/or Customer Service

Salary: From $22.00 per hour

8 hour shift
Weekly day range:

Monday to Friday

Experience:

Administrative: 3 years (Preferred)
Data analysis skills: 1 year (Preferred)
Microsoft Excel: 3 years (Required)
Microsoft PowerPoint: 1 year (Required)
Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)

Schedule - Monday thru Friday 8am-4pm. 
*Strong Excel capabilities (pivot table), organized, detail oriented an has customer service/sales experience is a plus!
