Client Services Associate

Located in Punta Gorda , FL

Salary: $20.00 - $23.00 Per Hour DOE

We are seeking a Client Services Associate for our financial advisory business. Our small, independent firm provides financial planning and investment services tailored to every unique opportunity. We take pride in providing our custom approach and compassion with each circumstance, complemented by outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will be able to assist with the daily tasks as a collaborative effort, to ensure the timely process and execution of new and existing business activities.

Responsibilities
•    Assist with providing ongoing stellar customer service
•    Primary contact for incoming and outgoing calls
•    Provide client management support for existing clientele and prospective clients through service-related tasks:
o    Preparing & processing forms 
o    Data entry-using various programs
o    Recordkeeping 
o    Filing
o    Scheduling meetings
•    Comply with all industry rules and regulations
•    Complete preparation for client/advisor meetings
•    Perform daily tasks while utilizing office programs, i.e. Netx, Office, Teams, Word, Excel, RedTail, Docupace, eMoney, direct business carrier websites, etc.
•    Provide some networking and marketing support during company events out of the office
Skills

•    Strong communication skills using positive language
•    Great computer knowledge and ability to learn database systems
•    Adaptability, taking responsibility, self-starter, patience
•    Current or prior industry experience a plus, but not required
•    Hands-on learner
