Customer Service Representative

Salary: $21.00/hour

Express Employment Professionals, Irvine is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a large electronics firm in the Irvine, CA area. Our client is a business-to-business supplier of electronics components to customers around the globe. This full-time, contract opportunity with the potential to become permanent. Compensation starts at $21.00/hour.

 

Responsibilities:

• Handle sales inquiries and quotes
• Follow-up with current clients on pending orders
• Process orders and returns
• Related administrative tasks

 

Requirements:

• At least one year of related experience
• College degree or offsetting experience
• Return merchandise authorization understanding a benefit
• Self-motivated, able to maintain focus without close supervision
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken/written)
• Professional, positive and friendly personality
• Experience with Word, Excel and Outlook
