Alarm Monitor - 1st Shift

Located in Binghamton, NY

Salary: $17-$21

Express is looking for a Security Alarm Monitor for 1st shift full-time.  Family owned, great environment, paid training on day shift.

 

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Answering all alarms
• Contacting police/fire/ambulance
• Use multi-line phone
• Ability to stay calm during emergencies, multi-task under pressure
• Word, Excel and typing skills required
• Complete data entry while on the phone
• Follow all protocols
• Must work some holidays and weekends

This is a temp to hire, long-term position in Binghamton.  The company has excellent benefits if hired on, including paid vacation, sick time, health, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match.
