Machine Tech

Located in Phoenix, AZ

Salary: $25-30

Location: West Phoenix

Schedule: On call at night when needed, normal work hours are Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm.

Job Duties:

• Coordinate with outside vendors, timely machine repairs for production. (all machines are automatic with a manual change over, they also have conveyor belts they will do maintenance on as well.)
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Oversee all the maintenance in the overall facility: machine maintenance/building maintenance in a production warehouse environment.

 

Skills Requires:

• Plumbing, HVAC, Customer Service, Safety Procedures, Hand tools, Building maintenance, Production equipment, Industrial Maintenance.
• Needs to be familiar with PLC’s, Pneumatics, VFD’s, and Mechanical Repairs.

Experience required:

• Facility maintenance/Machine maintenance over 3 years of experience.
• Needs to be familiar with PLC’s, Pneumatics, VFD’s, and Mechanical Repairs.

 

Physical Requirements:

Stand, Reach with hands/arms, climb standard ladder, balance, stoop. Lift and moved equipment and supplies up to 50lbs.
