                                                                Gutter Installer/Helper

 

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Gutter Installer Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist our experienced gutter installation team in various tasks related to the installation and maintenance of gutters for residential and commercial properties. This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

 

Job Summary

1.      Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment needed for gutter installation projects.

2.      Help prepare work sites by clearing debris and ensuring proper access for installation.

3.      Assist in measuring, cutting, and fitting gutter materials according to project specifications.

4.      Support the installation team in the assembly and installation of gutters, downspouts, and related components.

5.      Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and your team members.

6.      Aid in the cleanup of work sites upon completion of installation projects.

7.      Provide assistance to senior installers as needed to ensure timely completion of projects.

8.      Learn and adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

9.      Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and address any issues or concerns.

10.  Participate in training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge related to gutter installation techniques and practices.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.

Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.   Must NOT be afraid of heights.

Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and take direction from senior team members.

Basic math skills and the ability to use measuring tools and power tools accurately.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from job sites.

 

Location:   Ft Myers     

Position Type:   Full Time

Pay:                      $18.00-$20.00  Will pay more with more experience

Schedule:         7am to 5pm some days may be longer must be flexible
