We are seeking a Construction Laborer for a construction company in Acton/Boxborough, MA, to assist with various tasks at construction sites. The successful candidate will be involved in the foundational and completion stages of various projects, performing manual labor tasks under the guidance of a site supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• - Prepare construction sites by clearing obstacles and hazards.
• - Load or unload construction materials to be used in construction projects.
• - Dig trenches, backfill holes, or compact earth to prepare for construction.
• - Operate and care for construction equipment and machines.
• - Perform site clean-up.
• - Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks (e.g., digging, shoveling).

Requirements:

• - Must be physically fit to perform manual labor in all types of environments and conditions, including heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.
• - Previous experience in the construction field required.
• - Reliable transportation to and from various job sites.
• - Knowledge of construction operations and safety requirements is a plus.
