Client Consultant

Salary: 17/hr

A marketing and printing company in Fort Worth is hiring a Client Consultant. 

Pay: $17/hr

Schedule: Monday through Friday 9a-6p

 

Duties:

• Respond to an array of customer inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction via phone, chat, and email platforms
• Work  with internal teams to handle custom client requests
• Managing projects through completion
• Problem solve and use critical thinking while working with others on a daily basis

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft
• Associate degree (preferred)
• This may not include all the requirements of the job
