Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring Appliance and Refrigeration Repair Technicians for a local appliance supplier. The Appliance Repair Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing home appliances.

 

Essential Job Functions:

• Accurately diagnose and repair home appliances
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Ability to communicate effectively - with customers, tech support, dispatch routing, and management.
• Ability to make decisions in a timely fashion
• Ability to work both independently and on a team
• Basic Computer Skills and iPad working knowledge
• Technical/Mechanical Aptitude
• Process transactions related to in-home repairs
• Collect payments, issue receipts, and electronically process repair records, customer data, and technical information via a company-issued tablet or laptop

 

Pay: $17.00/HR - $25.00/HR DOE

 

Schedule: 7:00am-5:30pm Monday - Friday

 

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience as a Full Line Appliance Repair Technician (refrigeration, cooking, cleaning, laundry)
• Must have a valid Driver's License
• Capable of lifting or maneuvering 50 pounds and occasionally up to 125 pounds
