Position Summary: As a Master Auto Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle issues with precision and expertise. Your role will involve leading diagnostic efforts, mentoring junior technicians, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced diagnostics on various vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, and suspension.
• Lead and supervise diagnostic efforts, providing guidance and support to junior technicians.
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify any additional repair or maintenance needs.
• Complete complex repairs and replacements following manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and labor hours.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs, answer questions, and provide recommendations for preventative maintenance.
• Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification from an accredited institution preferred.
• Minimum of [X] years of experience as a Master Auto Technician or equivalent role.
• Expertise in diagnosing and repairing modern automotive systems, including advanced electrical and computerized components.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• ASE Master Technician certification preferred.
