What We're Looking For:

• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in operating press machinery and equipment, including the ability to prepare, calibrate, and maintain machinery to meet product specifications.
• Attention to Detail: Possess keen attention to detail and a strong focus on quality assurance, ensuring that printed material meets proper color and aesthetic standards according to customer requirements.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Utilize strong problem-solving skills to examine and interpret blueprints and sketches for products, troubleshoot machinery issues, and conduct repairs and modifications as needed to maintain optimal performance.

Press Operator Responsibilities:

• Machine Preparation: Prepare and calibrate machinery for printing and other tasks, ensuring equipment is set up properly to meet production requirements and quality standards.
• Operational Excellence: Operate machinery efficiently and effectively, maintaining press performance to meet product specifications and achieve production targets.
• Quality Assurance: Check printed material for proper color, alignment, and other aesthetics, conducting quality inspections to ensure the end product meets customer expectations.
• Technical Expertise: Examine and interpret blueprints and sketches for products, utilizing technical knowledge and expertise to execute cutting, shaping, and designing tasks with precision and accuracy.
• Maintenance and Safety: Calibrate, conduct repairs, and perform modifications on machinery as needed, following all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
