Pay: Competitive rates ranging from $22 to $25 per hour, based on experience.

Schedule: Enjoy the convenience of first shift, Monday through Friday, from 6:45 am to 3:00 pm.

Evaluation to Hire: Opportunity for permanent placement based on performance.

 

Responsibilities:

As a Process Technician, you''ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of manufacturing equipment and processes. Key responsibilities include:

• Making necessary adjustments, minor repairs, and changeovers to equipment to maintain optimal product quality and production standards.
• Safely setting up and maintaining blow molding machines and equipment to support production demands.
• Completing assigned tasks promptly to enhance the manufacturing process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Your role will encompass:

• Overseeing assigned machines to ensure productivity and product quality meet standards, making adjustments and repairs as needed.
• Assisting with equipment setups and changeovers to achieve acceptable product quality.
• Conducting maintenance and repairs to maximize production efficiency and meet customer demands.
• Demonstrating proficiency in operating and maintaining various equipment to achieve production goals.
• Performing routine preventive maintenance to uphold equipment functionality.
• Conducting inspections and tests to diagnose and address machine malfunctions.
• Collaborating with other departments to foster teamwork and achieve organizational goals.
• Championing safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and records as required.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or similar environment preferred.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical components.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
