Summary:

The Business Systems Administrator (BSA) plays a critical role on the Operations team for the success and efficiency of our employees and the tools they use. Using a proactive communication approach, the BSA works to provide application and SaaS support while creating and maintaining effective, efficient and consistent documentation.

 

Responsibilities:

Support critical business applications including Atlassian Jira/Confluence, NetSuite, and HubSpot.

Manage and maintain critical business application configurations and data hygeine.

Create and maintain documentation for software systems that are supported by the Operations team.

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide user support, seeking assistance when needed.

Drive efficiency, consistency and value by questioning and improving processes and applications.

Provide data cleanup and application configurations to support business processes.

Facilitate and participate in testing activities and develop end-user training materials.

Stay updated on software features and changes, proactively learning and closing skill gaps.

Document administrative functions and maintain related materials for users.

Be the primary tier 2 resource for tickets within the IT Helpdesk

Perform other duties as necessary.

Key Measurements of Success:

Process and assign tickets within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) specified by the company

Respond to assigned tickets with the SLA to set an expectation with the reporter

Meet a User Satisfaction Rating goal as set by the company based on customer feedback

Resolve tickets within a given SLA or clearly communicate expectations as they change

Support limiting un-planned downtime

Requirements:

2+ years experience or equivalent training as system administrator role for CRM/ERP systems (HubSpot, Atlassian, NetSuite)

2+ years experience manage application configurations in an integrated application environment.

Experience with data manipulation, clean-up, and import/export into enterprise applications using Excel.

Perform full-time work on a regular basis, for continuity of operations and to provide employees with a good experience while using Tech Soft applications.

Effectively manages multiple deadlines, priorities and interruptions, and adapts to changing business, customer and company needs.

Interact and communicate effectively with the Operations team and global employees.

Attitude and desire to learn, grow and independently solve problems

Support the larger teams vision while providing recommendations with willingness to disagree and commit to a common goal

Nice to Have:

2+ years experience in an IT environment using on premise and cloud Experience with development languages like javascript, python, or ruby.

Experience working BPM/BPR tools like visio/lucidchart.

Experience with hybrid work environment (in office and remote workers across the globe)

Experience running technical training for non-technical users

Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work independently as well as an effective team member.

Ability to speak French (plus)
