Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm + 1 Saturday every 4-6 weeks

Express Employment Professionals of Centennial and Castle Rock is in search of a Customer Service Representative to join a vehicle freight/logistics company in Parker, CO! The ideal candidate will support dispatch while providing exceptional customer service and resolution to Drivers, Sub-Haulers, Clients, Customers and Business Partners.

 

Job Highlights:

• Taking 20-50 phone calls throughout the day
• Tracking deliveries
• Update customers on status and assist dispatch team
• Order entry
• Assist with compliance audits
• Process sub-hauler invoices
• Process vehicles that transport to/from the headquarters, noting and submitting damage reports
• Check in/out vehicle deliveries and releases w/ customers and - walk through inspections in parking lot

What we look for:

• 1+ year experience in a Customer Service environment
• Accurate data entry and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• The ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Teams & Excel, primarily)
