Job Title: Yard Assistant

Position Type: Full-time, Permanent 

Pay: $17.00/hr.

Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00a – 4:00p (some overtime available)

Express Employment Professionals in Centennial, CO is immediately hiring a hard-working Yard Worker to assist with a variety of duties in an auto salvage yard. Associates will be comfortable working in and around vehicles while working independently throughout the day to ensure yard clean-up goals are met, all debris and trash has been removed discarded from vehicles.  Associates may be asked to assist in other departments and utilize hand tools and motor skills.

 

Duties/Highlights:

• Fun, stress-free independent working environment
• Working in, on and around vehicles
• Cleaning debris and trash from salvaged vehicles to prepare for customers
• Draining vehicle fluids (oil, windshield washer fluid, antifreeze, etc.)

What we look for:

• Automotive background is a plus, not a requirement
• The ability to work with your hands and safely use general hand tools
• Great attitudes and the ability to learn new skills
• Willingness and ability to work outside and with vehicles/parts
