Position: Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal

Job Description: Our client, an esteemed firm is in search of a seasoned Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to serve as the cornerstone of their trial team. In this pivotal role, you will orchestrate all facets before, during, and after trial proceedings. The ideal candidate will adeptly navigate every phase of the litigation process, from conducting thorough interviews to providing invaluable assistance in legal research, document filing, and courtroom attendance.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated track record as a Litigation Paralegal in the realm of personal injury law
• Proficient understanding of motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, court regulations, and procedural practices
• Exemplary organizational skills to effectively manage multiple deadlines within a dynamic environment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with acute attention to detail
• Extensive expertise in computer operations and database management

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all logistical aspects before, during, and after trial proceedings
• Provide comprehensive support throughout the litigation process, including but not limited to conducting interviews, conducting legal research, document filing, and courtroom attendance

Benefits:
