Salary: Train - $100/day =6% Comm

Job Description:

Express Employment Professionals of Clarksville is currently seeking reliable and experienced Sales Associates for a major Furniture distribution company in Clarksville, TN. This position requires 6-8 weeks of training and will pay $140 per day / $700 a week while in training; when hired, salary will be 6% commission, and the hours are Monday-Sunday (5 days) from 10:00am – 8:00pm (varies).

Responsibilities:

• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
• Utilize selling techniques to build sales
• Uphold store maintenance and cleanliness standards
• Furniture sales
• Achieve established sales goals
• Good attitude, performance, and attendance is essential

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must have at least 1-2 years prior experience in sales, retail, and/or furniture
• Possess a strong desire to work with the public
• Strong communication skills
• Great customer service skills
• Able to work a flexible schedule which includes days, weekends, and holidays
• Must be a self-starter
