Call Center Representative

Located in San Marcos, CA

Salary: $18/hr

We are seeking outgoing and confident individuals to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has strong communication skills and feels comfortable on the phone!

We have various departments and positions available including Customer Service Representatives, Collections Agents, etc. 

Duties: 

• Answer incoming calls and provide information about products and services
• Make outbound cold calls
• Meet and exceed sales goals
• Propose products and services 
• Generate leads and appointments for sales 

Qualifications: 

• Previous experience working in a call center or back office environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume calls 
• Availability to start working as soon as possible

Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm

Pay: $18/hr
